Darran did a great job for the sale of my property, which had previously struggled to attract buyers for months under another agent. Not only did he achieve a very high price for the property, it was sold was nearly $100k higher than the price of the unit above within the same week. He also delivered on his promise to sell within an appropriate timeframe of 1.5 months without disappointment.
I entrusted the property to him and he will regularly provide updates on his strategy.
